Eko Heat offers Free Shipping on all orders delivered within Australia and New Zealand when purchased through this website.

Australian Orders

We ship via Direct Freight Express from our Melbourne warehouse. Typical delivery timeframes are:

• 1–3 business days for most metropolitan areas
• 3–5 business days for Perth and regional locations

New Zealand Orders

We ship via NZ Post from our Auckland warehouse. Typical delivery timeframe:

• 1–3 business days for most areas

 

Order Dispatch & Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details and an estimated delivery date. If you have any specific delivery instructions, please include them in the “Delivery Notes” field at checkout. All orders include authority to leave in a safe location at the delivery address.

Delivery Timeframes & Delays: We make every reasonable effort to deliver your products within the timeframes stated on our website. However, delays can occasionally occur, and we cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from delayed or unsuccessful delivery.

Pre-Order & Out-of-Stock Items: If your order contains Pre-Order or Out of Stock items, an estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout. Where an order includes both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items immediately, with the remaining items dispatched as soon as they become available.
